Our association with Curodoc started on 15th October with the requirement of a male nurse for a hip replaced senior citizen. Post confirming attendant, company insisted on an advance payment for full 15days of care. Same was paid online without any hesitation keeping in view the brand promise mentioned on the website- your healthcare partner, patient caring is our passion. Dear readers, trust me it is all farce. Company employees have no idea about commitment made by them on the website. Our story goes like this: an attendant Mr Lalit turns up on day one, he is professional and well trained. Day 2, he comes across a crisis in the family and is unable of come for the patient care. Repeated follow ups with the customer care ( Ms Yogita) for a replacement for the day, goes without any success. Family followed up with Yogita almost 10 times in a day. Hence family members had to take over the care themselves. Family tried to reach to Mr Akhil Kaul ( so called CEO- Founder), but his call centre anyway does not give hoot to patient needs. Akhil kaul also does not give any importance to customer care and definitely does not remember his brand promise. Now since last two days, attendant is down with viral and keeping in view covid times, company was informed well in advance about the replacement, unfortunately they don't have any. Customer care lady Yogita says it is not my responsibility to give replacement. Through this review I seek some response from responsible management to look into the hardships of their customers. We have paid well in advance and have availed a pathetic, unapologetic response from customer care of #CURODOC. Definitely won't recommend company services to anyone. #poorservice
