The tv wall mount is so low when laying in bunk a person who wears bifocals cant watch tv without taking off glasses or tilting their head forward to a ridiculous point. The only flat surface is the pull out writing table that has no lip around it, if you bump table it slides back into its slot and everything on it hits the floor

Plaster rolled out new premium service the week before Christmas. I paid for it over iOS app it worked for 2 days. Now when I try to listen to books app asks me to upgrade agin and wont let Me listen. That was 4 days ago. Now after chatting with playster today I find out that tech support is on VACATION until next week and NO ONE will help until next week. Worst online service I have ever dealt with
