I just Received them Today 7-23-22
This has to be the Most Fraudulent Order I have ever Received
Not Lace Wigs, Not Remy, Not Human, Not New

Good evening,
I first want to say, I give reviews as I feel they are very relevant, I enjoy giving good ones rather than the bad, but I must give this review.

First it was my Birthday, I ordered May 1st 2021 we had planned to order at another place that didn't deliver and had car trouble. So we push through that and since we had eaten at the Restaurant located in Goodlettsville, TN we figured they are Always good, so this is a good substitute We ordered from the O'Charley's located at:
2792 Wilma Rudolph Blvd, Clarksville, TN *******

Well we ordered The Chicken & Honey, with Mashed potatoes and Broccoli, through door dash.
The food came in the time they stated.
I first want to say, that this food was so bad, it almost seemed intentional because I couldn't see how any cook or chef could make mistakes like this.
1.The Broccoli tasted like it had be shaken in a box of Salt. My Tongue literally felt Burnt,
2.The Chicken was very Salty
3.The Strawberry tea literally tasted like Syrup that you would use to flavor another drink. It couldn't be drank.
4.The dressing for the salad(Ranch) tasted like water had been poured into it, it was tasteless.
5.The Cheese cake looked Okay, but Cheese cake Strawberries, were like water and they had a Smell to them.
I literally didn't get to eat my Birthday meal; I was so disappointed, and my Husband was furious, and wanted to call, but I just couldn't allow them to Rob me of the Rest of my Birthday Celebration.
So I decided to write this Review today. May 2nd 2021

Catch this CONSUMERS!
They tell you that if you want to Return The Shoes, You must pack them in a Box so that the Original Shoe box is not Damaged, as they won't accept them with Damaged Shoe Box!

HUH, This is the part that you will Love. " on the last Point of their own "Return Criteria" Wholesale Fashion Shoes", Requests that YOU Mail the shoes in a BOX, so that the Shoe Box is Not Received Damaged, so you are Screwed from the get...

Here's Why, Most of their Shoes are not Accurate to the Size that is on them, you will most likely have to RETURN, SO YOU WILL BE Stuck with shoes that you can't fit, and you can't send them back because they Make sure to mail it to you IN PLASTIC, so you Receive the Shoe boxes already damaged!

Again Yet their Return Slip tells YOU to Mail them back in A BOX to keep from damaging the Shoe box or it won't be received! YET "WHOLESALE FASHION SHOES" MAILS IT TO YOU IN PLASTIC! Shouldn't they Do what the Request of You... UMMMM YES. But their Goal is to SCAM!

NO CHANGES- NO RESPONSE- PLEASE SEE ORIGINAL REVIEW- I just want to make sure I keep the fact that they are Robbing people in the forefront!

I purchased my $369 Order on 3-25-16, YES $369. I saved for this one.

The website stated for a Full Lace wig, it would take 25-30 days. I patiently waited I never contacted them until it had been 35 days.

First, The So-called Live chat that is a Robot and NO One ever Replies I sent over 12 messages in these days.
I have Emailed and Called repeatedly and there is Absolutely NO RESPONSE

After about 11 Attempts I received an email simply stating.

"Customer Service Aliwigs <*******@aliwigs.com>
May 5 (8 days ago) to me
Dear Shawntrell,
Thanks for your email.
We will contact the post office about the order information, so don't worry please and wait for it patiently, Thanks for your consideration.
If you have any other questions, feel free to email us. Best regards"

Yes this is the Actual reply, this even knowing that on their Website is still shows Processing, and not Shipped even to this very moment.

I am Pissed. I don't spend money like this and I saved in order to get this, as I figured I would get good use of it.

I try to give Every company the chance to Do RIGHT. I even take time to give Thorough and good reviews when it is Just. I must say, this is quite offensive, due to the fact that before, I paid, I got a reply immediately, yet after I paid, they ignore you.

ADVICE: I had researched this Website and reviews, I saw very good reviews, but I waited for about a year before I actually purchased one. My mistake is I did't Research them again, and something in their Service had dramatically changed Had I only Researched them again, before I purchased I would've caught this.

So simply because A Site has good reviews at one point, doesn't mean it won't change. So Check, Even if you checked before, especially if months and Years have passed since your last assessment!

Please Please DO NOT GO TO THIS SITE...

I pray my product still comes, as I have contacted the BBB and because these people have Left NO INFORMATION they are not able to Help me.

I bought one bundle, that was Excellent as always, though I had never bought clips from them before, only bundle hair and half-wigs'

Well I must say what I got at my door today totally shocked me. I have been a customer of HisandHer for 26 years and this I have never gotten from them

First the hair was Hard and Very dry and Puffed out and the Moment I touched it hair began to fall out.

Also I see that it was held together with a Rubber Band, that was removable without cutting, this is something they have never done.
There is always a band that has to be cut that cannot be re-applied. I have attached pictures.

Then I read Return policy only to read that I cannot return Clip in, again I don't usually by clips and this I just wasn't aware of, and now I am stuck with hair that is clearly in Bad shape, and this is simply not right... I should receive product that is able to be used, if there are no returns.

So I contacted Grace, and She told me she would be happy to Refund, but she Assured me. That the Hair was as it should be and I simply needed to add moisture. I kid you not the hair was harder the next day. My Old bundle from 7 Months ago, still feels and looks great. The Hair is and Was Far below grade and is Unable to be used!

So trusting Her confident Declarations, I wait a day and decide to proceed in slowly moisturizing the hair while lay it flat, and as I am doing this, I look up to see the Comes are dangling off!

I AM PISSED because I have done nothing TRUST, and begin to spray it and I then look up to see other defects. NOW I surely cant return it and I am out of a $105.

PLEASE SEE PICS of BEFORE and AFTER Spray. And combs falling in 1 DAY I hadn't worn them at all. Just received them 6-7-18

I just got received a Large order from them this week. All Hair care. The Prices Oh it will be so hard for me to go in store somewhere to get this stuff now.

I am a little spoiled by the prices on this site. They have such great selection, products that are sometimes hard to find in stores and they are Prompt on the Shipping

I love this website!
