  • We Craft Logo

8/17/21

We Craft Logo is one of the worst company's Ive ever dealt with. Initially I came across the company looking to create a Logo for my very first Business venture. I was soon to be creating my first website and the sales person convinced me to use their services for webdesign as well. The all in one web design and Logo package they offered me was suppose to be complete start to finish from the ground up. My entire web based platform for 1399. 00$ including, Facebook Page Design, Twitter Page Design, YouTube Page Design, Google+ Page Design, All Final File Formats, 6 Months SEO Included. 100% ownership rights, 100% copy writes and 100% money back guarantee. I had to give them reference material just for them to make a usable Logo. After about 3 or 4 months they had a blank web page to show me without any written content. They told me the written content would be an additional 400$ charge (even though we had already agreed on the entire project cost) they were already taking too long and I needed my platform up and running and could not proceed without it so i paid the massive hidden fee. A few weeks later they had very basic written content. Almost as if they had just copy/paste from someone else. They than told me in-order to proceed I needed to pay an additional 400$ for some type security for my website. At this point I figured they were just taking advantage of my lack of knowledge about websites, and they were. I told them I will not be paying for that service and do not require it. They cut communications with me and put my project on hold for a few weeks. When I finally reached someone I told them I would like to cancel the project and get refunded as per out agreement (100% money back Guarantee). They told me per their terms of service, the money back guarantee was void because the website was live (Im assuming they went live shortly after I asked for a refund as i was totally unaware). At this point I felt I was conned/Hustled out of 1800$ and due to this being my first business venture with a smaller budget, my venture was seemingly coming to an end before it was ever started. The "live" website had no functionality as far as what i needed it to do. The only option was to try and get them to finish. After that they told me I needed to pay an additional 500$ for an SSL certificate for the website to function properly. After a brief Google search I found out that an SSL certificate usually is free from hosting provider or around 8$ per year. I contacted the Better Business Bureau but there was nothing they could do. Ultimately I hired and actual professional web developer and explained what happened. They explained to me that I needed to extract what files they created from we craft logo so they can be finished. It took me a few weeks to get "we craft logo" to actually give me my files for wordpress. No social media pages were ever created. No SEO was supplied and they would Honer the 1 year free Hosting without me paying 500$ for an 8$ a year SSL certificate. It took the new web developer about 2 weeks to fix everything and make it operational for a fraction on the price. Beware of "we craft logo" I cant imagine how a company like this is still in business.

Elena F. thanked you for your review of We Craft Logo

“I wish I would have seen this before we started with them. So far we have paid over 14,000 to this company and we still have not been able to finish our webpage. Now they are trying to sell us an SSL for 80.00 a month. I'm done with this company!”
