We placed an order in June. It is now November and just received it. I called every month to check progress. The representatives were kind and helpful. Our freezer works great and is exactly what we ordered. Patience was the overriding test. Understandably, they were delayed in shipping since the actual manufacturer couldn't produce enough product to supply to demand. That is no fault of Appliances Connection. We are happy with the purchase and the performance of the employees we were in contact with. The driver with the shipping company was polite and quick. My only issue(4 stars) is that communication should be coming from the company giving an update instead of me having to call every month.
