I ordered several pair of boots one pair they sent me the wrong color another pair was on backorder tried calling customer service but can never reach a live person its always the same recording finally went back and forth thru email saying they would refund my card back for the backorder and that they would send me a return package to return the wrong color of boot, Im still waiting on a refund after 3 months. Very terrible customer service! Be careful when ordering because chances are if its wrong they wont do anything about it!
