I have purchased a massage chair from My deal and paid with afterpay. Item I paid and received was 99% wrong cheap item. After going back and forth with afterpay and Mydeal for months since August 2022 I still have the chair and my deal promises many times to be picked up but nothing happened till now and after pay said it's not their responsibility and pass my account to debtors. Do not recommend afterpay to anyone.
Here's what they just replied after 9 months of chasing. I just put review on goggle and FB, see how quickly they react

We would like to set proper expectations that this is already beyond our after-sale policy. For now, we can have our seller team contact the seller so they can be urged to respond but in the case that you are still not able to reach an agreement, we cannot handle this anymore.
