I've been going to this chocolate place for 4 years now. I tried to send them an email inquiry a few months ago, but I couldn't find an e-mail and there wasn't a "Contact Us" button. Since this business is very customer-oriented, I asked about it on my next visit. The owner brought up her website... you had to click through 3 pages to find a way to contact them. A WEEK LATER, their contact email was on their "first page'. This impressed me. Aside from having truly delicious chocolates, I admire that they won't ship during the hot summer months. If the chocolates won't arrive in perfect condition, they won't ship them. I am trying to launch my own business in a few months, and I plan to secretly copy their customer service :)
