This screams scam. I'm currently inspecting a friends computer which was recently taken over by a hijacker. The browser history shows the last site visited was liutilities.com where the csrss. Exe trojan virus was downloaded. My friend called me when this 'supposed Microsoft help' person called him her up and co-horsed her into installing software to gain control of her machine. While the hi-jacker rummaged through her computer, I told her to pull the network cable. No call back from 'tech support'... SCAM!

----Thought about my review and wanted to update. I suppose it is possible, the scam artist has no connection to liutilities, but could just have been taking advantage of some other deceitful scheme. The first reviewer mentioned the website requesting money after scanning, I suppose in my experience the scam artist and the website may or may not have been connected. Though likely. I also noticed all the software that had been installed for 'scanning' was freeware that anyone can get. The overall intent was definitely to charge for an otherwise free service. If liutilities is not connected to this scammer, it sure made it easy to download a trojan file from their website... I still wound not trust anything from liutilities if they're just re-posting freeware alongside malware
