Their item description: salt & pepper shaker set.
I ordered one set, received one shaker. After reporting the shortage, I was informed that I had to order & pay for two singles.
Products used:
Can’t decide if I want salt or pepper. I ordered online but have to find a Fed Ex store to return one shaker.
As a first time customer, service started out rocky. 2 trees shipped in 1 box. In shipping, The Spruce tree root ball had destroyed all leaves of the Maple Tree. A Replacement tree of same, was out of stock. I could only get store credit, no refund. I was given no shipping allowance even though it was packaged improperly. Finally, The Maple came back in stock & was shipped to me free of charge. It's a perfectly healthy, larger tree & Im happy with the final outcome.
I would rate 5 stars but should not have been given the run around after receiving a severely damaged tree. Their shipping dept did a terrible job packing the first two trees in one box. They finally made things right but I had to put up a fuss.

I purchased over fifty Craftsy classes using my Kindle Fire. Craftsy made a change to cater their videos to the Ipad user so my classes no longer play videos on my Kindle Fire. After two months of frustration with tech support, Kindle and Craftsy have both left me hanging. Unless I buy an Ipad, I'm pretty much out of luck. My Kindle plays You Tube and Facebook family videos. It's only the Craftsy website that is no longer user friendly to my specific needs. Craftsy assured me they would address the problem but have stopped communicating with me.
Tip for consumers:
Today, Craftsy tech support contacted me & suggested I should use my daughters computer, my work computer, or just use my Iphone to play their videos, since my Kindle can't view their videos. Doesn't everyone want to take sewing classes using an Iphone? A second help suggestion came to say I should update my Kindle which is only five months old. Things just went from bad to worse & my problem still is not solved. Craftsy did refund my money for February purchases but I still own over 50 other
