I purchased a flask from UNDER ARMOUR, via Amazon and in my order was a coupon stating that I should make a review based on the performance, which I did as well as I was asked to notify Amazon letting them know I did so. Now to do those 2 things in return my coupon said I'd receive another flaask withh shipping and handling paid for by UNDER ARMOUR. Now no matter how I try texting them, they donot reply. IT IS NOT RIGHT TO INCLUDE A COUPON FOR A FREE FLASK JUST SO THAT I WOULD MAKE A REVIEW TO PULL IN CUSTOMERS THEN THIS COMPANY WENT BACK ON IT'S WORD AND NOT EVEN TELLING ME WHEN I'D GET MY FREE FLASK PROMISED TO ME. SO THIS IS HOW COMPANIES BE PROMOTING THIER PRODUCTS, BY FOOLING CUSTOMERS. I DID WHAT THEY ASKED AND NOWE THEY WON'T SEND MY FREE THERMOS. THIS IS FRAUDULENT. DONOT USE PEOPLE TO PROMOTE YOUR ITEMS AND I LIVE IN THE CARIBBEAN, SO DO YOU THING WE'RE STUPID THAT YOU SHOULD TAKE ADVANTAGE OF US TO LET YOUR PRODUCT SELL. MY GODDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDD.

For a first-time customer, my order was never confirmed.
After waiting 5 days for confirmation I emailed support to be told my order was cancelled!
So if I didn't enquire, I'd have never known.
Now from since 3 days ago they've not sent me not cancellation information with the amount so that my bank could return the monies to my account.
I want my money.
NO PRODUCT, NO PROPER DIALOGUE AND THEY'RE NOT RETURNING MY MONEY.
I WORK VERY HARD AND IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM WITH MY ORDER AND I'M REFUSED, I EXPECT TO GET BACK MY MONEY,
I'm highly disgusted and disrespected.

I tried to order a few items from this place and they kept giving me problems, after I used PayPal.
Ordering from them was frustrating and I evened called them but got no satisfaction.
The real criminals are you the sites, not us hardworking people.
