The absolute worst customer service on the entire planet! Agents are not truthful... bad experience! Please do your own research and don't book through a 3rd party... i made a mistake in my booking date - i contacted their partners to inform them that the date of the tour was incorrect... the person assisting me was very nice - but then she realized the tour - van could not pick us up ( as advertised) and asked if we could trave 30 minutes to a Starbucks... we said absolutely not!... Wih that being sad it was a deal breaker... we needed to cancel... called this GetYourGuide company as i was asked to do in order to get the 200.00 refund... called 5 times each time the story changed... after each call i got an email stating you can't get a refund because it's less than 24 hours, whi was the original error but was irrelevant if we couldn't get picked up... so we need to be refunded... not so easy. All they neede to do was sen an email to their partners that i booked with and honor the dang refund. Hello you can't pick us up... the ad said they pick up at all hotels in the Niagara Falls area, not true our hotel is booked in the Niagara Falls area... the Getyourguide agents 5 different agents 5 different excuses from... the partners are closed to they didn't have their number etc... each agent had a different story... what a diaster! Don't use this GetYourGuide they need to Get their Fact and make sure the advertising is accurate.
