Do not, do not, do not buy from Rotita. The quality of the clothes is very poor and you have to return items back to China costing £20. This wasn't indicated anywhere on the website. They then tell you the items haven't been returned and won't refund the money. When you give them evidence from Royal Mail that the items have been successfully returned, they say they will only refund 60% of the cost. The items were returned in March and we are still haven't received the refund. My best advice if you are in a similar situation is to report them to your credit card company who may be able to help you recover the costs.

We have been devoting to offer good products with low price, but it maybe up to your expectation. So you could return anything you want, under the condition it's in original condition. Postal service is a good way to return, and I suppose it’s not much expensive. After we get the return package, 100% refund will be issued.
