I am on a call with Express Scripts... 40+ minutes. Started with co-pay assistance who said my co-pay assistance was confirmed and sent me to scheduling to ship the medication. Scheduling had me sit on hold for 20+ minutes and said they needed to send me to someone else. She said there was no copay assistance information on my account and sent me back to co-pay assistance again. Disjointed, disjointed, disjointed. It has now been 50 minutes and my prescription is still not straightened out. How can one customer having to speak to 5 different people for over 50 minutes save money? This is expensive overhead that is added to the cost of everything else. They desperately need to reorganize so the right and left hand speak to one another. This is not my first horrible experience with them. I have had years of it. I do not understand why our HR department continues to sign with them. DREAD having to deal with them.
