The reason zulily gets so many bad reviews is because people don't read or pay attention to why they take so long or can't accept returns. Unlike most stores, zulily does not house the inventory. They take your money within 3-5 days because they have to pay the brands to send everything in bulk and then send it to you. They get a discount for ordering in bulk (like costco) and you are paying the discount price. They don't have warehouses full of things and don't have a place to accept your returns that you didn't like. You have to use size charts, measurements and pay attention as many items come from different countries with different sizing. Anytime you order from overseas it takes longer.
