My experience with humanatic is up and down, but mostly down lately. The work is easy and usually in the morning is the best time to get a lot of calls to review. I am not really a fan of them taking double your earning per call when you get one wrong. The audit system is a plus because you get to listen to the call and determine what you did wrong. Though I have found often times the audit system is incorrect and once you notify them that they are incorrect some auditors will refuse to correct it. Twice now I have had this happen. One argued with me until the policy was pulled up and an Administrator found I was correct. The other... we will see.
