This is the worst Laquita Motel that I have ever stayed at. I'm thinking this is a franchise and not a corporate entity. There was hair in the tub and it was stopped up. The tube had mildew and was nasty. No one wanted to bath in it. There was urine on and around the toilet seat. I can't believe they charge 100 bucks to stay here. When the lady didn't take my ID or charge a credit card for incidentals I knew this wouldn't be good. Unless you want to catch COVID keep going to the Best Western next door.

I gave a guy name Paul Proda $2600 cash for a marketing campaign. Turns out it was bots and fake views on YouTube, and Instagram. I had several conversations about the fake Instagram bots within a few days but he keep trying to assure me that it would change. The fake views on my clients YouTube account sent me over the edge. Prior to the fake bots on Instagram my client would get a min of 1000 views on story post, about 700 likes and about 80 comments. Instagram only shows your post to 10% and now that 10% is bots. He now gets 25 likes and 3 comments. As far as his YouTube account... they literally put likes on his account while I was watching after adding 50K views. One min it was 10 likes then it was 1000 likes when I refreshed the screen after complaining to him and asking for my money back. He told me I pretty much had to deal with it because they don't do refunds. Trust and believe I am about to do my due diligence with this situation and let the public know how this company scammed my client. My client has also had a dramatic lost in fake followers so I can only assume that Instagram is dropping them off or they fall of after a while... at least 3000 in a month. They advertise on their pages that all views are organic but it clear that the bots have torn my clients page down if you review his content prior to the service we paid for. On 8/10/2022 there were 5082 bots add per my attachment. On 8/13 I asked about the fake people and he told me not to be concerned about them. Please review attachment. Also please take notes of the agreed amount in the attachment. However he was paid in cash because Zelle would not let me send that amount.

The company asked us to advertise their company on our instagram account and did not pay. Beware that this company asked us to advertise their company online because we have a large following on instagram. The contract was to post a minimum of four pictures for 1 month@ 1 post a week and the pay was $400.00. The post were made on Oct 30, Oct 31, Nov 5, Nov 12th and Nov 14th, we stopped advertising the company when we noticed there was no payment. As you can see the post were posted more than once a week. First payment was supposed to be paid, Second Monday in Nov. On the 13th. When the payment was really late, the owner of the business contacted us on Nov 17th and said he would be making the payment soon. After contacting him several times about the payment, he begin to state that there is a breach in contract for misspelling their name in a post back on Nov 5th. He let us continue to post in an effort to swindle us out of the contract being that the post had 177 views and the post after received 1447 views. The contract only asked that we post four times. We posted 5 times within two weeks and received no payment. We should have known better because we never talk to this person over the phone and have no known address or contact information on the fraudulent contract.

I ordered 5 items from Rosewe on 02/21/16. I never received all of my order and was given a very hard time about getting my money back. They took it a pone them selves to give me a credit. After asking for my money back for the non-shipped items for 3 months i finally decided to use this unwanted credit to buy something just to get what I paid for. The items were not what they looked like in the pictures. So i did not want to order anything else. You can find the same items for a lot less on amazon. Since this review, they have refunded the rest of my money.
