“The course was easy to use and very helpful”

The course was easy to use and very helpful - the customer support was not.

I paid for the course and paid an additional $10 to have the certificate sent to me FedEx2 day. Come to find out, I paid $10 to actually have the certifcate just sent to me and I needed to spend another $10 for the 2nd day. I could have skipped the first $10 and received it in the same amount of time. Not pleased at all with the customer service.
