The staff is amazing, from the hello the minute you walk in the door until you leave. They motivate and encourage you from the warmup to the cool down. Having a place I can call "home" and not be judged or made to feel insecure is the best feeling ever. ILKB was the best decision I ever could have made for myself and my fitness.
