If I could leave a 0 star rating, I would. Angelica & Luigi Caso are the owners of this awful "business." They try to rip people off knowing their item is a pre-order & knowing full well that Paypal only refunds within 180 days of purchase. I ordered a Good Guy 2 doll April 17 that was supposed to ship by Aug/Sept. That didn't happen. I contacted them on numerous occasions only to get the run around.
I contacted them between August and December and when they'd finally reply, they'd give me various excuses as to why I hadn't gotten my doll yet. I have all of our emails, if needed.
In a November reply to me, they blamed Trick or Treat Studios (see my photos below) for some of the dolls having "offset logos" & "defective hair lengths" thus having to have "replacements sent" from the manufacturer which further delayed me receiving mine.
The dolls have hair nets on, how would they know unless they're opening their buyer's dolls?! The dolls are life size props that are made with actual molds that were used in creating Chucky.
I received my doll in the ACTUAL CARDBOARD BOX that Trick or Treat Studios shipped the doll in (with his replica Good Guy box) to the seller I bought mine from after PayPal refunded me.

Most people who spent this much money ($500) are collectors who purchased this to keep unopened and in it's Good Guy replica box.
No collector would tolerate their pricey item to be opened! That would depreciate the value of the doll!

This company sucks, do not buy anything from them unless you want to risk losing your $. The only reason PayPal refunded beyond the 180 day deadline is because Paypal blocked them (thewickedvault.com) due to NUMEROUS COMPLAINTS from people NOT RECEIVING THEIR MERCHANDISE! I became aware of other people they tried to rip off too.
Myself and another buyer both ordered Good Guy 2 dolls from a different seller (a REPUTABLE one) & we both received them in under a week! We don't know one another, but upon seeing one another's posts (on thewickedvault.com's now-extinct Facebook) inquiring as to where our dolls were & why we weren't getting any replies, we got in contact via Facebook.
They blocked me for asking where my doll was prior to completely removing their Facebook page.
