I use them on a regular basis for shipping to remote parts of the world and they always perform brilliantly.
I would have given a minus point for their mobile app, but overall the service is very good so I am sticking to a 5. I had one incident of missing goods, but they were quick to liaise with DHL for the insurance cover and I got a full refund eventually. I have recommended them to 2 friends so far.
