“Royal Portraits - Scam”

I have been waiting on my order for 15 weeks. They sent a digital image (small and useless) to appease me for a short time, but have not delivered a product. They keep saying its in shipping and they are behind. That has been the same excuse for 5 weeks now and counting.
Do not order from them, do not believe them, do not trust them.
