I ordered 10TB external hard drives and was sent three hard drive enclosures instead. Whilst the listing states this is a 10TB working hard drive, since my purchase the listing small print has been changed to say that they include no memory. Due to thier t&c's I am only entitled to a partial refund as they only offer this on items different to described. Also charged import fees for items I have no use for! Avoid!

They also contacted me outside of another review site to try and coerce me into removing a bad review, saying they would only refund me if I removed the bad review. Fortunately PayPal refunded me the payment otherwise I may not have got my money back!

Took over 6 weeks, innumerable emails and threat of legal action to get payment. They ignored numerous attempts at contact with me trying email and several social media platforms to contact them.

From what I can see from looking into the company is that it is in financial difficulties and having not paid its company accounts, the company is likely to go under any time soon so would strongly suggest not selling to them as you may never receive payment!
