I've been skeptical to travel by bus after an especially sketchy Greyhound experience when I was younger. I was impressed by the deals / specials (what got me in the door) sometimes trips as cheap as $1 (one dollar!) but more importantly than that, everything was clean, professional and they even offered free wifi so I could work or watch movies while I traveled. Will definitely recommend them.

I've been flying Southwest since I was a kid and it seems like even since back then everything they do is geared towards making the customer experience as pleasant as possible. From the interactions with staff, to the fun ways they try to make you smile, and the complimentary drinks on holidays. I've flown United and Airlines and I always felt like a sheep just being herded along, they're missing the human component that Southwest does so well.

It's the little things that count when having to outsource work, especially one as important as your PR for your company. You want to make sure you're telling a great story for the world and doing it in the right way. We hired them for our Indiegogo campaign and every interaction with the team was courteous and professional from start to finish. You can tell these guys know what they're doing and deeply understand the crowdfunding world. We landed on Uncrate, Digital Trends, and a few smaller outlets as well thanks to their hustle and hard work. Some of those articles are still helping drive sales on our website to this day. We're hoping to launch a new product later this year and we'll definitely be hiring them again.
