Our experience was awful. Their communication is awful, they constantly left myself and real estate agent out of e-mails. Just know that myself and my girlfriend and our real estate agent are no longer working with Capital Title any further. No apologies from them, only finger pointing. Our down payment was stolen via wire fraud, and, among many other things, Capital Title refuses to help us get our money back, refuses to offer help, and to top it off they lost the keys to our new home and simply replied with an email that said "we don't have your keys." Full stop. That was the e-mail. Run, don't walk, from Capital Title.
