I bought mochino bag from them and sent it back in with my clean out bag and they didn't accept it back they kept my bag and it was in good condition. Paid $150 for it and got nothing back. I have also been paid very low for the pad few bags I sent them and now they have a processing fee of $9.99 for your bag. It's okay shopping with them but I wouldn't recommend you sell to them, better off selling on a yard sale!
