Ordered 3 pairs of boots. Two did not fit well so tried to exchange them. There was no way to do it on line so called and spoke with a representative who processed the exchange with the exchange label on 2/8. Due to health issues was not able to get it in the mail until 2/23. The label that was given to me by the representative is still shown on the tracking we sent it with as being in the post office. I have still not received the products I'd my exchange. I'm highly disappointed with this service.
