I sent my sons IPhone 7Plus to gazelle with the quote of $115. About a week later I received an email for them stating that my sons phone was never paid off and still had a lease agreement. I notified Gazelle that I paid my sons phone off on 10/10/2017. I allowed more then 2 business days for a response and never received one. I sent another notification of my payment to Sprint and asked for someone to contact me back. I still have yet to hear from anyone. I later find out that my friend received the same email stating she was still under a lease agreement with the wrong carrier at that. If it was possible they would get a negative review, unfortunately I had to give 1 star for the lowest.
