I think DEALFIND should be put out of business and the only way it will happen is when you see, there is something you want phone the merchant and tell them you will pay them the amount DEALFIND is asking and if they agree give them the money and in that way DEALFIND will not get any. I have started doing that and on the contrary I get the product much faster. I had bought a massage deal for my daughter 2 years ago in Toronto and when she phoned the company they gave her a date 2 months later. Her deal said no expiry date so she was busy and used it after a year. She found out that that company went out of business when she went for her appoinment. Dealfind had taken their phone # out so wrote to them. Apparently if you write and email on the deal customer service there is reply but if you write on the contact us there is no reply to say they got the message. I tried writing them 3 times no reply. Since they have joined Teambuy they have phone #. I called them and the gave me a run around. I asked to talk to the Manager by the name of Eugine was told by Charlene 1st day she is gone for lunch, next day was told by Kelly gone home, third day told by Mike Borin gone home and he was one of the rudest person and made it look like he owned he place, next day told by Jessica gone for lunch, next day told by Darrel not in yet and it was 9.40am, next day Avita gave it to Eugine and she told me as it is 2 years old we cannot give you the money. It so happened as I had lots of my emails in sent item I deleted all of them and she told me to show her the proof that I had sent her those emails otherwise she cannot give me the money. I told her no wonder Dealfind has the worst review and Eugene answered me by saying oh well you can't make everybody happy if out of 100 customers if 70 customers complains it is not that bad, so I told her fine this is what I am going to do go straight to the merchants and pay them and let my friends know about it. So customers you have a choice when you see a deal first phone the merchant and ask them if you can pay them directly take an appointment at that time or ask the merchant when the item will be delivered. That it he only way those DEALFIND thieves scammers get a lesson. Sorry Teambuy you decided to join the scammers so you will get raw end of the deal.
