“Poor communication”

I've ordered from online fabric store many times in the past and never had a problem. I placed an order the end of May. After about six weeks I received part of it. There was never any any indication of back order. It is now mid August and I still have not received the final part of my order. It was supposed to ship on Monday. It is now Friday. I have had no indication whether it has shipped or not. It's very frustrating to receive no communication! They seem to have no respect for my time or schedule.
