Signed in online at approximately 2:15. It said 1 hr wait so ok no big deal waited about an hour and 15 minutes called them and they said yes your on there but it gonna be another 40 minutes. Ok waited over an hour and went to great clips this time and they said we are closed?! I said I've been signed in for over 2 hours and she said sorry we can't help you. The worst part? This is the second time in a row this happened! Absolutely pathetic and a $#*!ty $#*!in business. I always went there and tipped waaay more than I should've! They are absolutely pitiful to treat good customers like that. If I could give -5 stars I would
