TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE IN ONLINE ORDERING. DO NOT DO THAT!
As a fan of Suzi, I put an order to purchase some summer clothes a few weeks ago. Supposed to be shipped within 10 to 12 days per customer service that never happened. Followed up with customer service through emai, I am getting the same BS: my order has been received and will be shipped in 10 to 12 days. Looks like a machine is replying me, as it is the same wording.

The end of summer? And now stores are recopening and I wish I never ordered on line.
