This is a beauty shop that sells hair products, flat irons, wigs, etc. I ordered a flat iron from them and decided the next day I didn't want it. In an email I was told my order may be in the process of it coming from the warehouse and they couldn't cancel it. No email was sent to let me know It has been processed. It took 19 days to get here. I requested a return ticket and have not received it even after I got the merchandise. Do not order from them. They have zero customer service skills. This company I later found out is in China. As of March 26th, no return ticket issued even tho they said I could return it. Still waiting even after my email to them on the 21st.
These people are just as bad as Biccshop. I ordered a product, didn't like it. Returned it as they requested on April the 17th and as of this date I have received no response and no refund. They are also in China. Never order anything from them or anything from China at this point. They refused to return even when my credit card tried to get it back.
I ordered something once and it was a 3rd party. The merchandise was not as it was advertised. Amazon gave me the full refund and apologized for the service. They have great service and will take care of you. I order there a lot. Thanks Amazon.
I don't care what it was that I purchased from Walmart, they returned your money and there was no hassle. You just tell you read on for the return and it's a done deal. Great place to shop.
