They listed my chrome hearts choker as a bracelet and claimed it was damaged never shipped back to me or corrected their listing. I emailed Multiple times and nobody replied for weeks. I commented and DMed on Instagram where I received generic apologies but not even an estimated time for someone to get back to me. I called and waited for over an hour on hold to which I was told their Consignor relations specialist works remotely and does not have a email nor number I could directly speak to. My sequestered items are bought from department stores, boutiques, or Mytheresa and farfetch... I was able to provide receipts for online purchases but nobody ever got back to me and still has not returned many items back to me. For some reason they listed a Marc Jacob's coat on my account that I also emailed multiple times to tell them it's not mine, and was told someone will get back to me which they never did. Somehow they ended up sending the coat To me as "Consignor requested return". It's not mine! Someone must be missing it!

I also read a lot of reviews before purchasing the service and I'd like to do my part in keeping people away! TopResume critiqued my resume for free. Upon reading the review, I agreed with the problems' or areas of improvement and decided to purchase the $147 service to improve my resume.

The turn around time was really long (over a week to assign a writer and another week for first draft) with no option of expedited service. Upon emailing and complaining about not receiving my resume, the writer finally replied with a huge mess of a first draft.
The formatting was inconsistent (some places are in italics, other areas belonging to the same category are not. The English was clunky! The BIGGEST ISSUE is that the problems' from the review are not addressed at all!. The writer didn't change any of my content. In addition, the writer omitted skills and experiences that are important mark my professional milestones. The resume was A NIGHTMARE: UNUSABLE AND WORSE THAN MY ORIGINAL FOR SURE!

I emailed my writer addressing my comments and the writer NEVER REPLIED!
I'm sure some people might have had okay experiences but all that praising is impossible. The administrative office is not existent and the physical address is fake! I'm sure some comments are paid comments.

It's never on time. I want suggestions on other essay services because bestessays was never on time. They submit a half done /half assed paper upon the deadline without any notice. When you complain to customer service it seems like there's nothing they could do than to give you empty promises. They writers don't follow the agreement at all. If I'm paying for a urgent deadline there should be precautions when you can't make it. But they would keep on dragging it on til they eventually upload a finished paper but by then it's useless to you and they don't care. Don't ever use this website. Use something else or write it yourself.
