At first we had some confusion with my order. I had to do a return because the beautiful swimwear that I ordered just didn't fit my crazy body. But customer service kept promptly working with me until the issue was resolved. Things will get messed up sometimes, even in the best of places. But Rotita communicated with me very well and I am looking forward to doing business with them into the future. The product is well made too.
