Purchased a 2 day Disney flex ticket that is intended to be used on non-consecutive days per Disney. When I went to reserve my park passes with Disney's new reservation system a Disney Cast Member informed me that my tickets were expired and that Tickets at Work should not be offering date specific 2 day passes. I contacted Tickets at work and they informed me there was a no refund policy with Disney purchases and there was nothing more they could do for me even though they sold me an essentially useless and expired ticket.
We deeply apologize that your tickets expired. As a 3rd party any extensions will have to be up to the partner. Due to the pandemic most parks are extending their expiration dates on vouchers. Please provide us an order number and we can definitely investigate this concern. Thank You.
