72 hours of "employment" nightmare. Mom's and Pops company. They pushed start date back 3 times b/c they weren't prepared and when they finally launched they had no sales pitch, no territories assigned, and no structure for their less seasoned reps to succeed at all. It was clear on multiple occasions that I was way too advanced for the position. Requires reps to download WhatsApp to their personal phones so that they can track their location but they don't offer cell phone reimbursement. They also don't offer mileage reimbursement. They also mentioned that it could take up to 45 days to get commission. They aren't up to date on no soliciting laws etc. The base is very low and while the comp plan sounded good, with all of the other hiccups and in addition to seeing 2 ppl last 1 day, its not worth it. I made it to day 3. HR is only one person who's very unprofessional and ego driven. It's very clear that they don't read resumes or have respect for new hires and that makes it clear as to why their nationwide turnover rate is so high. I wouldn't even recommend this for a recent grad, companies who choose to outsource your brand to these people be very cautious. As the other reviews say, RUN FAR AWAY unless you want to be micromanaged, belittled, and tracked with no guidance.
