I was concerned about the review about a smashed packaged entitled "got scammed" so I called the company.
I wanted to order from them but had to be cautious because I was using other people's money to place the order for our home school co-op school.
They explained the entire situation and proved it.
They sent me copies of all their emails with the post office and the customer(with the last name & address blacked out) - I think maybe this customer did the review before the issue was finalized.
A few things I question:
How did the post office know the package wasn't packed right?
How many of us have gotten packages from the post office completely trashed? (raising my hand and waving it)
How would a company stay in business not taking care of their customer issues?
I saw immediate (within minutes) responses to the customer's emails.
I have copies of emails where the customer acknowledged receiving replacement products!
I saw another email where the customer sent them a HUGE THANK YOU! For fixing the problem.
I saw copies of the shipping insurance documents (not through the post office but through a 3rd party shipping co.)
I saw it all, even a copy of the insurance check!
I then placed my order (a large order in the thousands) for a small homeschool support group co-op school.
I received the order promptly, packaged well and in great shape. I did, however, request UPS shipping as their website recommends using them instead of the Postal Service.
All in all, we have ordered from them numerous times! And NEVER had an issue!
