I ordered a nice coat mans 3x... when it came it was a womans 5x... zipper was backwards like the womans are... betty chen says that is the Asian size... the coat doesn't fit... I wear 2x mens but I ordered 3x mens to make sure it fit. Now I am stuck with this womans 5x coat... I had my eye on some other coats from you but can't chance it... wrong sizes... I am 63 years old never heard that size thing. So goodbye

Sorry for the unhappy experience.We have listed all the details about item sizes on the related product page. If you find the size do not fit, please check our description and your order information first.In our product page, we state that please choose the size according to the size data, not the size you used to buy and note that you should place your order in US size, however the tags inside the items will show in Asian size.
Therefore, Asian 5x size is actually equivelant to US 3x size. According to our return policy, if the size difference is greater than 3cm/1.5 inch, we will cover the cost of the return postage.
