I joined and after a month or so decided it wasn't for me so tried to cancel but there's no place on the site to do that. I have emailed them 3 times through the "contact us" asking for my subscription to be stopped, with no response and they continue to charge my account. This is a big ripoff. My next step is Better Business Bureau.
