I contacted them because I received an email that my package had been delivered but I didn't have it. I had it delivered to work so that it didn't go home... You know why... Karmen arranged for a new shipment of my order to be sent immediately and then the original package arrived on my desk. Karmen sent me a free return label right away too. The were so good about addressing my issue you couldn't have asked for more, faster, or better. Thank you.
