At first I was a a big fan of coinbase and invested over 20k and things we're going greats but then I had One, yes one, transaction that did not go thru because a company wrote me a check that bounced and the transaction was cancelled. I did not benefit at all and after being a great customer and spending thousands of dollars, my account was locked and I can't use my coinbase anymore. Coinbase requires you to speak to a " Specialist " but those people are anything but special or intelligent. They do Not allow you to speak with them on the phone directly, really coinbase.? they take up to 7 days to send you a generic reply, you can NOT reply back to them and then they automatically close your case. Wow that is pathetic Brian.!! Coinbase does Not care about customer service or its customer base. I even reached out to their CEO on LinkedIn and he did not care enough to get back to me. Coinbase doesn't care about anything except collecting their fees.
