READ THE FINE PRINT when you sign up for ANYTHING from legalzoom. Just discovered that I've been being charged $15/month for a 30-day free trial that I was apparently supposed to cancel 30 days after I signed up to just create a living will. The $15/month was supposed to be for free revisions to my living will which turned out to be wrong as well since I was still being charged for revisions on top of the $15/month. Closed my account with legalzoom and will NOT do business with them again.
Tip for consumers:
It's great for living wills and last wills, makes it very easy to complete. The fact I was charged every month for something I didn't even know I was "auto-enrolled" in that I had to opt out of really makes me angry. How would I know to opt out of something I didn't sign up for intentionally? Very shady business move there. They got me for $400 before I noticed this.
