We bought two cars from them a 2013 Ford Escape and a 2013 Ford Fusion. Both cars were in great shape with a fair nice and excellent Credit Union financing. I say excellent because it was way cheaper than our bank. I would also recommend these two cars for people if you're looking. They gave fair amounts for our trades as well. Yelp is fine for customers who hustle business for free services to change there review. My business has been blasted by a small % of yelpers and when you click on there profiles they only give bad reviews. Such BS. They are not much better than people who sue with attorneys for phony claims hoping a business will settle than fight a costly battle!
Tip for consumers:
Tell Yelp that computers can't tell the difference and at least the BBB will listen to both sides especially if you have documentation. Yelp should at least have an arbitration department. I didn't create the profile image but I found it on google so I know I'm not the only one who has a problem with Yelp[!
