Do not use this company under any circumstances and do not trust Stuart Grant or any of their representatives. My law firm was solicited by Stuart Grant, on behalf of Approved Legal Hotline, to pay for advertising for personal injury cases in South Florida. I paid this company over $9,000 as a retainer and was guaranteed a 100% return on investment. This turned out to be a sham and Stuart Grant and other company representatives refused to honor their agreement.

Months went by and I did not received one personal injury case that has any value whatsoever. When I contacted the company to inquire as why I was not getting phone calls with personal injury cases, I was informed in writing by email that the ads were not being aired as promised. When inquiring further as to why ads were not being aired and attempted to make a determination as to whether Approved Legal Hotline was abiding by the terms of the Contract, the company refused to answer.

Eventually, after months of unanswered emails, letters, and phone calls, I posted about my experience on Trust Pilot. Only then did the Company offer a refund and a settlement agreement was made. In furtherance of the agreement, I removed my original post as to my experience and the Company agreed to FedEx a check within 48 hours. However, MONTHS have gone by and the Company has still failed to honor the agreement. Neither Stuart Grant nor Approved Legal has sent a check for the refund. Even after multiple promises to do that along with several email, text messages, and letters from attorney that I have been forced to hire in California.

In my opinion, this Company is committing fraud and not honoring their contractual obligations. I would stay far away from this Company and do not trust a word that Stuart Grant tells you under any circumstances.
