One of my most recent, and last, orders from the online store iTech.com was for auto tire valves that indicate, by color, when the tire pressure. Nowhere have I seen these sold any way other than in sets of 4 for car tires. Even the pictures of the valve on their site showed a set of 4 valves. I ordered, what I thought would be, 2 sets and received 2 valves. When I contacted the company, I was told there was no mistake, that the charge of over $4.00 was for an individual valve and not a set of 4 and they had no intention of attempting to resolve the problem/misunderstanding.

I will never make another purchase from this company!
