I was completely shocked to see someone posted a bad review about this company. I have booked a large mission group through them AND my destination wedding. Both times I received nothing but impeccable service. Sonja, the president of the company was at my every beckoning call, always eager to help, and even flew to Aruba where I got married cause she knew how stressed I was. She genuinely cares, sure she has to make money... she owns a business! But overall I won't book anything without going through servant travel group. She even called me last month to wish me a happy birthday; Excellent customer service and she really cares.
