I am very sorry to hear you have had a negative experience with us. I am not sure why you have not been able to contact us, but e-mail is usually the quickest way to get a response. All our contact details, including e-mail and postal address, are listed in the 'contact us' section of our website. Please be assured we are not a scam company. We are a small company, but have been trading since 2006 and each of our customers is genuinely important to us.
