I placed two separate order's on the same day and used the same billing/shipping/credit card etc... My order was processed and said that when the time comes to ship they will email me. Well I got an email stating that my order did not pass the order requirements and I would need to pay with a different method, BUT the other order that was placed the exact same way and within an hour of each other has shipped. When I tried to call customer service I was on hold for over 30 minutes with 12 people in front of me. Me and my family have always shopped at Stage, quite frequently, HOWEVER I can assure you that will change effective immediately. Hope this helps someone and keeps them from wasting their time looking through the website and placing the order only to have it cancelled, Oh btw they have not refunded me my money yet but they were sure quick to take it from me.
