I contacted customer service just now to try and find my order that never arrived, and as soon as the virtual assistant put me through to the live agent (her name is Reign), she ended the conversation entirely. Extremely unimpressed. Not a single word between the 2 of us, she just left. Immediately the second she was put through. I'm not exaggerating. I will never buy from them again. Not worth it if that's how they treat their customers. I still don't have a tracking number for my lost package. So thanks for nothing.
